What started as a family dream in a small Connecticut town has grown into a beloved community gathering place. Our founder, inspired by traditional Italian pizza-making techniques passed down through generations, opened Imos Pizza with a simple mission: to bring authentic, wood-fired pizza to our neighbors.

Every recipe we use today still follows those original family traditions. We hand-stretch our dough daily, use only the freshest ingredients, and fire our pizzas in our signature wood-burning oven that gives each pizza its distinctive smoky flavor and perfectly crispy crust.

From our first day serving just a handful of customers to now being a cornerstone of the Bantam community, we've never forgotten our roots or compromised on quality.
